كتاب بدء الخلق
Rapporté par ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Il n’est pas pécheur pour une personne en état d’Ihram de tuer l’un de ces cinq animaux : le scorpion, le rat, le chien enragé, le corbeau et le milan. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ وَهْوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ الْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "It is not sinful of a person in the state of Ihram to kill any of these five animals: The scorpion, the rat, the rabid dog, the crow and the kite

ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو امام مالک نے خبر دی، انہیں عبداللہ بن دینار نے اور انہیں عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”پانچ جانور ایسے ہیں جنہیں اگر کوئی شخص حالت احرام میں بھی مار ڈالے تو اس پر کوئی گناہ نہیں۔ بچھو، چوہا، کاٹ لینے والا کتا، کوا اور چیل۔“
