Hadith 3195 — Livre 59: Beginning of Creation
كتاب بدء الخلق
Rapporté par Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Al-Harith : D’après Abu Salama bin `Abdur-Rahman, qui a eu un différend avec des gens à propos d’un terrain et est allé en parler à `Aisha. Elle lui a dit : « Ô Abu Salama, évite ce terrain, car le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : ‘Quiconque prend même une petite portion de terre injustement, son cou sera entouré de cette terre jusqu’à sept terres en profondeur.’ »

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، كَانَتْ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أُنَاسٍ خُصُومَةٌ فِي أَرْضٍ، فَدَخَلَ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَذَكَرَ لَهَا ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَتْ يَا أَبَا سَلَمَةَ اجْتَنِبِ الأَرْضَ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ ظَلَمَ قِيدَ شِبْرٍ طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Al-Harith:from Abu Salama bin `Abdur-Rahman who had a dispute with some people on a piece of land, and so he went to `Aisha and told her about it. She said, "O Abu Salama, avoid the land, for Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, 'Any person who takes even a span of land unjustly, his neck shall be encircled with it down seven earths
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ مدینی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو اسماعیل بن علیہ نے خبر دی، انہیں علی بن مبارک نے کہا، ان سے یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر نے بیان کیا، ان سے محمد بن ابراہیم بن حارث نے، ان سے ابوسلمہ بن عبدالرحمٰن نے ان کا ایک دوسرے صاحب سے ایک زمین کے بارے میں جھگڑا تھا۔ وہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور ان سے واقعہ بیان کیا۔ انہوں نے ( جواب میں ) فرمایا: ابوسلمہ! کسی کی زمین ( کے ناحق لینے ) سے بچو، کیونکہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہے کہ اگر ایک بالشت کے برابر بھی کسی نے ( زمین کے بارے میں ) ظلم کیا تو ( قیامت کے دن ) ساتھ زمینوں کا طوق اسے پہنایا جائے گا۔
