Hadith 3180 — Livre 58: Jizyah and Mawaada'ah
كتاب الجزية والموادعة
Rapporté par Sa`id : Un jour, Abu Huraira a dit aux gens : « Que ferez-vous quand vous ne recevrez plus ni dinar ni dirham (c’est-à-dire les taxes des dhimmis) ? » Quelqu’un lui demanda : « Comment sais-tu que cela arrivera, ô Abu Huraira ? » Il répondit : « Par Celui qui tient la vie d’Abu Huraira dans Sa main, je le sais grâce à la parole du véridique et digne de confiance (le Prophète). » Les gens demandèrent : « Quelle est cette parole ? » Il répondit : « L’asile accordé par Allah et Son Messager aux dhimmis (non-musulmans vivant en terre musulmane) sera bafoué, et Allah rendra alors les cœurs de ces dhimmis si audacieux qu’ils refuseront de payer la jizya qu’ils devraient verser. »

قَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ كَيْفَ أَنْتُمْ إِذَا لَمْ تَجْتَبُوا دِينَارًا وَلاَ دِرْهَمًا فَقِيلَ لَهُ وَكَيْفَ تَرَى ذَلِكَ كَائِنًا يَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ إِيْ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ بِيَدِهِ عَنْ قَوْلِ الصَّادِقِ الْمَصْدُوقِ. قَالُوا عَمَّ ذَاكَ قَالَ تُنْتَهَكُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم، فَيَشُدُّ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قُلُوبَ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ، فَيَمْنَعُونَ مَا فِي أَيْدِيهِمْ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Sa`id:Abu Huraira once said (to the people), "What will your state be when you can get no Dinar or Dirham (i.e. taxes from the Dhimmis)?" on that someone asked him, "What makes you know that this state will take place, O Abu Huraira?" He said, "By Him in Whose Hands Abu Huraira's life is, I know it through the statement of the true and truly inspired one (i.e. the Prophet)." The people asked, "What does the Statement say?" He replied, "Allah and His Apostle's asylum granted to Dhimmis, i.e. non-Muslims living in a Muslim territory) will be outraged, and so Allah will make the hearts of these Dhimmis so daring that they will refuse to pay the Jizya they will be supposed to pay
Traduction en ourdou
ابوموسیٰ (محمد بن مثنیٰ) نے بیان کیا کہ ہم سے ہاشم بن قاسم نے بیان کیا، ان سے اسحاق بن سعید نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد سعید بن عمرو نے، ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ اس وقت تمہارا کیا حال ہو گا جب ( جزیہ اور خراج میں سے ) نہ تمہیں درہم ملے گا اور نہ دینار! اس پر کسی نے کہا۔ کہ جناب ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ آپ کیسے سمجھتے ہیں کہ ایسا ہو گا؟ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا ہاں اس ذات کی قسم! جس کے ہاتھ میں ابوہریرہ کی جان ہے۔ یہ صادق و مصدوق صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا فرمان ہے۔ لوگوں نے پوچھا تھا کہ یہ کیسے ہو جائے گا؟ تو آپ نے فرمایا، جب کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول کا عہد ( اسلامی حکومت غیر مسلموں سے ان کی جان و مال کی حفاظت کے بارے میں ) توڑا جانے لگے، تو اللہ تعالیٰ بھی ذمیوں کے دلوں کو سخت کر دے گا۔ اور وہ جزیہ دینا بند کر دیں گے ( بلکہ لڑنے کو مستعد ہوں گے ) ۔
