Hadith 3167 — Livre 58: Jizyah and Mawaada'ah
كتاب الجزية والموادعة
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Alors que nous étions dans la mosquée, le Prophète (ﷺ) est sorti et a dit : « Allons chez les Juifs. » Nous sommes sortis jusqu’à arriver à Bayt-ul-Midras. Il leur a dit : « Si vous acceptez l’islam, vous serez en sécurité. Sachez que la terre appartient à Allah et à Son Messager, et je veux vous expulser de cette terre. Donc, si l’un d’entre vous possède un bien, il lui est permis de le vendre, sinon sachez que la terre appartient à Allah et à Son Messager. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " انْطَلِقُوا إِلَى يَهُودَ ". فَخَرَجْنَا حَتَّى جِئْنَا بَيْتَ الْمِدْرَاسِ فَقَالَ " أَسْلِمُوا تَسْلَمُوا، وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ الأَرْضَ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ، وَإِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُجْلِيَكُمْ مِنْ هَذِهِ الأَرْضِ، فَمَنْ يَجِدْ مِنْكُمْ بِمَالِهِ شَيْئًا فَلْيَبِعْهُ، وَإِلاَّ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ الأَرْضَ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:While we were in the Mosque, the Prophet (ﷺ) came out and said, "Let us go to the Jews" We went out till we reached Bait-ul-Midras. He said to them, "If you embrace Islam, you will be safe. You should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to expel you from this land. So, if anyone amongst you owns some property, he is permitted to sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے سعد مقبری نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد (ابوسعید) نے کہ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا ہم ابھی مسجد نبوی میں موجود تھے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف لائے، اور فرمایا کہ یہودیوں کی طرف چلو۔ چنانچہ ہم روانہ ہوئے اور جب بیت المدراس ( یہودیوں کا مدرسہ ) پہنچے تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے فرمایا کہ اسلام لاؤ تو سلامتی کے ساتھ رہو گے اور سمجھ لو کہ زمین اللہ اور اور اس کے رسول کی ہے۔ اور میرا ارادہ ہے کہ تمہیں اس ملک سے نکال دوں، پھر تم میں سے اگر کسی کی جائیداد کی قیمت آئے تو اسے بیچ ڈالے۔ اگر تم اس پر تیار نہیں ہو، تو تمہیں معلوم ہونا چاہئے کہ زمین اللہ اور اس کے رسول ہی کی ہے۔
