Rapporté par Abu Humaid As-Saidi : Nous avons accompagné le Prophète (ﷺ) lors de la bataille de Tabuk et le roi d’Aïla lui a offert une mule blanche et un manteau en cadeau. Le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a alors écrit un traité de paix lui permettant de garder le contrôle de son pays

حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبَّاسٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَبُوكَ، وَأَهْدَى مَلِكُ أَيْلَةَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَغْلَةً بَيْضَاءَ، وَكَسَاهُ بُرْدًا، وَكَتَبَ لَهُ بِبَحْرِهِمْ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Humaid As-Saidi:We accompanied the Prophet (ﷺ) in the Ghazwa of Tabuk and the king of 'Aila presented a white mule and a cloak as a gift to the Prophet. And the Prophet (ﷺ) wrote to him a peace treaty allowing him to keep authority over his country

ہم سے سہل بن بکار نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے وہیب نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن یحییٰ نے، ان سے عباس ساعدی نے اور ان سے ابو حمید ساعدی رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ہم غزوہ تبوک میں شریک تھے۔ ایلہ کے حاکم ( یوحنا بن روبہ ) نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو ایک سفید خچر بھیجا اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے ایک چادر بطور خلعت کے اور ایک تحریر کے ذریعہ اس کے ملک پر اسے ہی حاکم باقی رکھا۔
