Hadith 3105 — Livre 57: One-fifth of Booty to the Cause of Allah (Khumus)

Rapporté par `Amra bint `Abdur-Rahman : `Aisha, l’épouse du Prophète (ﷺ), lui a raconté qu’un jour le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) était avec elle et elle entendit quelqu’un demander la permission d’entrer dans la maison de Hafsa. Elle dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Cet homme demande la permission d’entrer dans ta maison. » Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) répondit : « Je pense que c’est untel (c’est-à-dire l’oncle de lait de Hafsa). Ce qui est interdit à cause des liens du sang l’est aussi à cause des liens d’allaitement. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ابْنَةِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَخْبَرَتْهَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ عِنْدَهَا، وَأَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ صَوْتَ إِنْسَانٍ يَسْتَأْذِنُ فِي بَيْتِ حَفْصَةَ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَذَا رَجُلٌ يَسْتَأْذِنُ فِي بَيْتِكَ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أُرَاهُ فُلاَنًا، لِعَمِّ حَفْصَةَ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ، الرَّضَاعَةُ تُحَرِّمُ مَا تُحَرِّمُ الْوِلاَدَةُ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Amra bint `Abdur-Rahman:`Aisha, the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ) told her that once Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was with her and she heard somebody asking permission to enter Hafsa's house. She said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! This man is asking permission to enter your house." Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) replied, "I think he is so-and-so (meaning the foster uncle of Hafsa). What is rendered illegal because of blood relations, is also rendered illegal because of the corresponding foster-relations

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم کو امام مالک بن انس نے خبر دی ‘ انہیں عبداللہ بن ابی بکر نے ‘ انہیں عمرہ بنت عبدالرحمٰن نے اور انہیں عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے خبر دی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے گھر میں موجود تھے۔ اچانک انہوں نے سنا کہ کوئی صاحب حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے گھر میں اندر آنے کی اجازت مانگ رہے ہیں۔ ( عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ ) میں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! آپ دیکھتے نہیں، یہ شخص گھر میں جانے کی اجازت مانگ رہا ہے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس پر فرمایا کہ میرا خیال ہے یہ فلاں صاحب ہیں، حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے رضاعی چچا! رضاعت بھی ان تمام چیزوں کو حرام کر دیتی ہے جنہیں ولادت حرام کرتی ہے۔
