Hadith 3051 — Livre 56: Fighting for the Cause of Allah (Jihaad)
كتاب الجهاد والسير
Rapporté par Salama bin Al-Akwa` : « Un espion infidèle est venu voir le Prophète (ﷺ) alors qu’il était en voyage. L’espion s’est assis avec les compagnons du Prophète (ﷺ), a parlé, puis est parti. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit à ses compagnons : ‘Poursuivez-le et tuez-le.’ Je l’ai donc tué. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a alors donné les affaires de l’espion tué (en plus de sa part du butin)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعُمَيْسِ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الأَكْوَعِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَيْنٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَهْوَ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَجَلَسَ عِنْدَ أَصْحَابِهِ يَتَحَدَّثُ ثُمَّ انْفَتَلَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اطْلُبُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوهُ ". فَقَتَلَهُ فَنَفَّلَهُ سَلَبَهُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Salama bin Al-Akwa`:"An infidel spy came to the Prophet (ﷺ) while he was on a journey. The spy sat with the companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) and started talking and then went away. The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to his companions), 'Chase and kill him.' So, I killed him." The Prophet (ﷺ) then gave him the belongings of the killed spy (in addition to his share of the war booty)
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے ابونعیم نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم سے ابو عمیس عتبہ بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے ایاس بن سلمہ بن اکوع رضی اللہ عنہ نے ‘ ان سے ان کے باپ (سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ) نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس سفر میں مشرکوں کا ایک جاسوس آیا۔ ( آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم غزوہ ہوازن کے لیے تشریف لے جا رہے تھے ) وہ جاسوس صحابہ کی جماعت میں بیٹھا ‘ باتیں کیں ‘ پھر وہ واپس چلا گیا ‘ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اسے تلاش کر کے مار ڈالو۔ چنانچہ اسے ( سلمہ بن اکوع رضی اللہ عنہ نے ) قتل کر دیا ‘ اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کے ہتھیار اور اوزار قتل کرنے والے کو دلوا دئیے۔
