Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Lors de certaines expéditions du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), une femme a été retrouvée tuée, alors le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a interdit de tuer les femmes et les enfants

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَكُمْ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ وُجِدَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مَقْتُولَةً فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم، فَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Umar:During some of the Ghazawat of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) a woman was found killed, so Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the killing of women and children

ہم سے اسحاق بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا کہ میں نے ابواسامہ سے پوچھا، کیا عبیداللہ نے آپ سے یہ حدیث بیان کی ہے کہ ان سے نافع نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ ایک عورت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں کسی غزوے میں مقتول پائی گئی تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عورتوں اور بچوں کے قتل سے منع فرمایا ( تو انہوں نے اس کا اقرار کیا ) ۔
