Hadith 2946 — Livre 56: Fighting for the Cause of Allah (Jihaad)
كتاب الجهاد والسير
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d’Allah a dit : « J’ai reçu l’ordre de combattre les gens jusqu’à ce qu’ils disent : ‘Nul n’a le droit d’être adoré en dehors d’Allah’, et celui qui dit cela, sa vie et ses biens seront protégés par moi, sauf selon la loi islamique, et son jugement sera avec Allah, soit pour le punir, soit pour lui pardonner. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ. فَمَنْ قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ، فَقَدْ عَصَمَ مِنِّي نَفْسَهُ وَمَالَهُ، إِلاَّ بِحَقِّهِ، وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ ". رَوَاهُ عُمَرُ وَابْنُ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Apostle said, " I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,' and whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,' his life and property will be saved by me except for Islamic law, and his accounts will be with Allah, (either to punish him or to forgive him)
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے ابوالیمان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو شعیب نے خبر دی، انہیں زہری نے، کہا ہم سے سعید بن مسیب نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں لوگوں سے اس وقت تک جنگ کرتا رہوں یہاں تک کہ وہ اس کا اقرار کر لیں کہ اللہ کے سوا اور کوئی معبود نہیں، پس جس نے اقرار کر لیا کہ اللہ کے سوا اور کوئی معبود نہیں تو اس کی جان اور مال ہم سے محفوظ ہے سوا اس حق کے جس کی بناء پر قانوناً اس کی جان و مال زد میں آئے اور اس کا حساب اللہ کے ذمہ ہے۔ اس کی روایت عمر اور ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بھی نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کی ہے۔
