Rapporté par Mus`ab bin Sa`d : Un jour, Sa`d (bin Abi Waqqas) pensait être supérieur à ceux qui étaient moins gradés que lui. À ce moment-là, le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Vous ne remportez aucune victoire ni ne recevez de subsistance si ce n'est grâce aux pauvres parmi vous et à leurs invocations. »

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ رَأَى سَعْدٌ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ لَهُ فَضْلاً عَلَى مَنْ دُونَهُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " هَلْ تُنْصَرُونَ وَتُرْزَقُونَ إِلاَّ بِضُعَفَائِكُمْ ".

Narrated Mus`ab bin Sa`d:Once Sa`d (bin Abi Waqqas) thought that he was superior to those who were below him in rank. On that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You gain no victory or livelihood except through (the blessings and invocations of) the poor amongst you
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے سلیمان بن حرب نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے محمد بن طلحہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے مصعب ابن سعد نے بیان کیا کہ سعد بن ابی وقاص رضی اللہ عنہ کا خیال تھا کہ انہیں دوسرے بہت سے صحابہ پر ( اپنی مالداری اور بہادری کی وجہ سے ) فضیلت حاصل ہے تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم لوگ صرف اپنے کمزور معذور لوگوں کی دعاؤں کے نتیجہ میں اللہ کی طرف سے مدد پہنچائے جاتے ہو اور ان ہی کی دعاؤں سے رزق دئیے جاتے ہیں۔
