Rapporté par ‘Aisha : Le verset suivant : « Si le tuteur est aisé, qu’il ne prenne pas de salaire (c’est-à-dire de rémunération), mais s’il est pauvre, qu’il prenne pour lui ce qui est juste et raisonnable. » (4.6) a été révélé à propos du tuteur d’un orphelin, et cela signifie que s’il est pauvre, il peut prendre pour lui (dans les biens de l’orphelin) ce qui est juste et raisonnable selon la part de l’orphelin dans l’héritage

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها – {وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ}. قَالَتْ أُنْزِلَتْ فِي وَالِي الْيَتِيمِ أَنْ يُصِيبَ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مُحْتَاجًا بِقَدْرِ مَالِهِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Aisha:The following Verse:-- "If a guardian is well-off, let him claim no remuneration (i.e. wages), but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable." (4.6) was revealed in connection with the guardian of an orphan, and it means that if he is poor he can have for himself (from the orphan's wealth) what is just and reasonable according to the orphan's share of the inheritance

ہم سے عبید بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم سے ابواسامہ نے بیان کیا ہشام سے ‘ ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ( قرآن مجید کی اس آیت ) «ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ومن كان فقيرا فليأكل بالمعرو» ”اور جو شخص مالدار ہو وہ اپنے کو یتیم کے مال سے بالکل روکے رکھے ‘ البتہ جو شخص نادار ہو تو وہ دستور کے مطابق کھا سکتا ہے“ کے بارے میں فرمایا کہ یتیموں کے ولیوں کے بارے میں نازل ہوئی کہ یتیم کے مال میں سے اگر ولی نادار ہو تو دستور کے مطابق اس کے مال میں سے لے سکتا ہے۔
