Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Aucun citadin ne doit vendre pour un bédouin. Ne pratiquez pas le Najsh (c’est-à-dire ne proposez pas un prix élevé pour une chose que vous ne voulez pas acheter, dans le but de tromper les gens). Aucun musulman ne doit surenchérir sur un achat déjà fait par son frère musulman, ni demander la main d’une femme déjà fiancée à un autre musulman. Une femme musulmane ne doit pas chercher à provoquer le divorce de sa sœur (c’est-à-dire une autre musulmane) pour prendre sa place. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلاَ تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلاَ يَزِيدَنَّ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلاَ يَخْطُبَنَّ عَلَى خِطْبَتِهِ، وَلاَ تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلاَقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَسْتَكْفِئَ إِنَاءَهَا ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No town-dweller should sell for a bedouin. Do not practice Najsh (i.e. Do not offer a high price for a thing which you do not want to buy, in order to deceive the people). No Muslim should offer more for a thing already bought by his Muslim brother, nor should he demand the hand of a girl already engaged to another Muslim. A Muslim woman shall not try to bring about The divorce of her sister (i.e. another Muslim woman) in order to take her place herself
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یزید بن زریع نے بیان کیا، ان سے معمر نے بیان کیا، ان سے زہری نے، ان سے سعید نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا مال تجارت نہ بیچے۔ کوئی شخص نجش نہ کرے اور نہ اپنے بھائی کی لگائی ہوئی قیمت پر بھاؤ بڑھائے۔ نہ کوئی شخص اپنے کسی بھائی کے پیغام نکاح کی موجودگی میں اپنا پیغام بھیجے اور نہ کوئی عورت ( کسی مرد سے ) اپنی بہن کی طلاق کا مطالبہ کرے ( جو اس مرد کے نکاح میں ہو ) تاکہ اس طرح اس کا حصہ بھی خود لے لے۔“
