Hadith 2721 — Livre 54: Conditions
كتاب الشروط
Rapporté par `Uqba bin Amir : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Parmi toutes les conditions que vous devez respecter, celles qui rendent licite la relation conjugale (c’est-à-dire le contrat de mariage) sont celles qui méritent le plus d’être tenues. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَحَقُّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Uqba bin Amir:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "From among all the conditions which you have to fulfill, the conditions which make it legal for you to have sexual relations (i.e. the marriage contract) have the greatest right to be fulfilled

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے یزید بن ابی حبیب نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابوالخیر نے اور ان سے عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”وہ شرطیں جن کے ذریعہ تم نے عورتوں کی شرمگاہوں کو حلال کیا ہے، پوری کی جانے کی سب سے زیادہ مستحق ہیں۔“
