Hadith 2553 — Livre 49: Manumission of Slaves
كتاب العتق
Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Si quelqu’un affranchit sa part d’un esclave en commun, et qu’il a assez d’argent pour payer le reste du prix de l’esclave (évalué justement), alors il doit payer le reste et libérer complètement l’esclave ; sinon, l’esclave n’est affranchi qu’en partie. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ مِنَ الْعَبْدِ، فَكَانَ لَهُ مِنَ الْمَالِ مَا يَبْلُغُ قِيمَتَهُ، يُقَوَّمُ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةَ عَدْلٍ، وَأُعْتِقَ مِنْ مَالِهِ، وَإِلاَّ فَقَدْ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If one manumits his share of a common slave (Abd), and he has money sufficient to free the remaining portion of the price of the slave (justly estimated), then he should free the slave completely by paying the rest of his price; otherwise the slave is freed partly
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے ابوالنعمان نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے جریر بن حازم نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے نافع سے، وہ عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جس نے غلام کا اپنا حصہ آزاد کر دیا، اور اس کے پاس اتنا مال بھی ہو جس سے غلام کی واجبی قیمت ادا کی جا سکے تو اسی کے مال سے پورا غلام آزاد کیا جائے گا ورنہ جتنا آزاد ہو گیا ہو گیا۔“
