Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a jugé qu’il fallait laisser sept coudées de largeur pour un passage public lorsqu’il y avait un litige concernant un terrain

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ خِرِّيتٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا تَشَاجَرُوا فِي الطَّرِيقِ بِسَبْعَةِ أَذْرُعٍ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) judged that seven cubits should be left as a public way when there was a dispute about the land

ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے جریر بن حازم نے بیان کیا، ان سے زبیر بن خریت نے اور ان سے عکرمہ نے کہ میں نے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فیصلہ کیا تھا جب کہ راستے ( کی زمین ) کے بارے میں جھگڑا ہو تو سات ہاتھ راستہ چھوڑ دینا چاہئے۔
