Rapporté par `Abdullah bin `Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a conclu un accord avec les habitants de Khaibar pour exploiter la terre à condition que la moitié des fruits ou des récoltes leur revienne. Le Prophète (ﷺ) donnait à ses femmes cent Wasqs chacune, dont quatre-vingts de dattes et vingt d’orge. (Quand `Umar est devenu calife), il a donné aux femmes du Prophète (ﷺ) le choix entre recevoir la terre et l’eau comme part, ou continuer l’ancienne pratique. Certaines ont choisi la terre, d’autres les Wasqs, et `Aisha a choisi la terre

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَامَلَ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا مِنْ ثَمَرٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ، فَكَانَ يُعْطِي أَزْوَاجَهُ مِائَةَ وَسْقٍ ثَمَانُونَ وَسْقَ تَمْرٍ وَعِشْرُونَ وَسْقَ شَعِيرٍ، فَقَسَمَ عُمَرُ خَيْبَرَ، فَخَيَّرَ أَزْوَاجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُقْطِعَ لَهُنَّ مِنَ الْمَاءِ وَالأَرْضِ، أَوْ يُمْضِيَ لَهُنَّ، فَمِنْهُنَّ مَنِ اخْتَارَ الأَرْضَ وَمِنْهُنَّ مَنِ اخْتَارَ الْوَسْقَ، وَكَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ اخْتَارَتِ الأَرْضَ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) concluded a contract with the people of Khaibar to utilize the land on the condition that half the products of fruits or vegetation would be their share. The Prophet (ﷺ) used to give his wives one hundred Wasqs each, eighty Wasqs of dates and twenty Wasqs of barley. (When `Umar became the Caliph) he gave the wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) the option of either having the land and water as their shares, or carrying on the previous practice. Some of them chose the land and some chose the Wasqs, and `Aisha chose the land

ہم سے ابراہیم بن منذر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے انس بن عیاض نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبیداللہ عمری نے، ان سے نافع نے اور انہیں عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے خبر دی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( خیبر کے یہودیوں سے ) وہاں ( کی زمین میں ) پھل کھیتی اور جو بھی پیداوار ہو اس کے آدھے حصے پر معاملہ کیا تھا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اس میں سے اپنی بیویوں کو سو وسق دیتے تھے۔ جس میں اسی وسق کھجور ہوتی اور بیس وسق جو۔ عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے ( اپنے عہد خلافت میں ) جب خیبر کی زمین تقسیم کی تو ازواج مطہرات کو آپ نے اس کا اختیار دیا کہ ( اگر وہ چاہیں تو ) انہیں بھی وہاں کا پانی اور قطعہ زمین دے دیا جائے۔ یا وہی پہلی صورت باقی رکھی جائے۔ چنانچہ بعض نے زمین لینا پسند کیا۔ اور بعض نے ( پیداوار سے ) وسق لینا پسند کیا۔ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے زمین ہی لینا پسند کیا تھا۔
