كتاب الإجارة
Rapporté par `Abdullah bin `Umar : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a donné les terres de Khaybar aux Juifs pour qu’ils les cultivent et en prennent la moitié de la récolte. Ibn `Umar a ajouté : « La terre était louée pour une part de la récolte. » Nafi` a mentionné la quantité mais je l’ai oubliée. Rafi` bin Khadij a dit : « Le Prophète (ﷺ) a interdit de louer des terres agricoles. » Rapporté par ‘Ubaidullah, Nafi` a dit : Ibn `Umar a dit : (Le contrat de Khaybar a continué) jusqu’à ce que `Umar expulse les Juifs de Khaybar

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ أَسْمَاءَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ أَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيْبَرَ أَنْ يَعْمَلُوهَا وَيَزْرَعُوهَا وَلَهُمْ شَطْرُ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا، وَأَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ الْمَزَارِعَ كَانَتْ تُكْرَى عَلَى شَىْءٍ سَمَّاهُ نَافِعٌ لاَ أَحْفَظُهُ. وَأَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ حَدَّثَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ. وَقَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَتَّى أَجْلاَهُمْ عُمَرُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:"Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave the land of Khaibar to the Jews to work on and cultivate and take half of its yield. Ibn `Umar added, "The land used to be rented for a certain portion (of its yield)." Nafi` mentioned the amount of the portion but I forgot it. Rafi` bin Khadij said, "The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade renting farms." Narrated 'Ubaidullah Nafi` said: Ibn `Umar said: (The contract of Khaibar continued) till `Umar evacuated the Jews (from Khaibar)
