كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : J'ai entendu le Prophète (ﷺ) dire : « Si une de vos esclaves commet un acte sexuel interdit et que cela est prouvé, elle doit être fouettée, puis personne ne doit la blâmer après cela. Si elle recommence, elle doit être fouettée à nouveau, et personne ne doit la blâmer après cela. Si elle le fait une troisième fois et que cela est prouvé, elle doit être vendue, même pour une corde faite de poils. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ، فَتَبَيَّنَ زِنَاهَا فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا الْحَدَّ، وَلاَ يُثَرِّبْ عَلَيْهَا، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا الْحَدَّ وَلاَ يُثَرِّبْ، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتِ الثَّالِثَةَ فَتَبَيَّنَ زِنَاهَا فَلْيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "If a slave-girl of yours commits illegal sexual intercourse and her illegal sexual intercourse is proved, she should be lashed, and after that nobody should blame her, and if she commits illegal sexual intercourse the second time, she should be lashed and nobody should blame her after that, and if she does the offense for the third time and her illegal sexual intercourse is proved, she should be sold even for a hair rope
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے عبدالعزیز بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھے لیث نے خبر دی، انہیں سعید نے، انہیں ان کے والد نے، اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے میں نے خود سنا ہے کہ جب کوئی باندی زنا کرائے اور وہ ثابت ہو جائے تو اس پر حد زنا جاری کی جائے، البتہ اسے لعنت ملامت نہ کی جائے۔ پھر اگر وہ زنا کرائے تو اس پر اس مرتبہ بھی حد جاری کی جائے، لیکن کسی قسم کی لعنت ملامت نہ کی جائے۔ تیسری مرتبہ بھی اگر زنا کرے اور زنا ثابت ہو جائے تو اسے بیچ ڈالے خواہ بال کی ایک رسی کے بدلے ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔
