Hadith 2204 — Livre 34: Sales and Trade
كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par `Abdullah bin `Umar : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Si quelqu’un vend des palmiers-dattiers pollinisés, les fruits seront pour le vendeur, sauf si l’acheteur précise qu’ils seront pour lui (et que le vendeur accepte). »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلاً قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ، إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If somebody sells pollinated date palms, the fruits will be for the seller unless the buyer stipulates that they will be for himself (and the seller agrees)
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو امام مالک نے خبر دی، انہیں نافع نے، انہیں عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اگر کسی نے کھجور کے ایسے درخت بیچے ہوں جن کو پیوندی کیا جا چکا تھا تو اس کا پھل بیچنے والے ہی کا رہتا ہے۔ البتہ اگر خریدنے والے نے شرط لگا دی ہو۔ ( کہ پھل سمیت سودا ہو رہا ہے تو پھل بھی خریدار کی ملکیت میں آ جائیں گے ) ۔
