Hadith 2152 — Livre 34: Sales and Trade
كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Si une esclave commet un acte sexuel interdit et que cela est prouvé sans aucun doute, alors son propriétaire doit la fouetter et ne plus la blâmer après la punition légale. Si elle recommence, il doit la fouetter à nouveau et ne plus la blâmer après la punition légale. Et si elle le fait une troisième fois, alors il doit la vendre, même pour une corde en poil. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا زَنَتِ الأَمَةُ فَتَبَيَّنَ زِنَاهَا فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا، وَلاَ يُثَرِّبْ، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا، وَلاَ يُثَرِّبْ، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتِ الثَّالِثَةَ فَلْيَبِعْهَا، وَلَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If a slave-girl commits illegal sexual intercourse and it is proved beyond doubt, then her owner should lash her and should not blame her after the legal punishment. And then if she repeats the illegal sexual intercourse he should lash her again and should not blame her after the legal punishment, and if she commits it a third time, then he should sell her even for a hair rope
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھے سعید مقبری نے خبر دی، ان سے ان کے باپ نے، اور انہوں نے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو یہ کہتے سنا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جب کوئی باندی زنا کرے اور اس کے زنا کا ثبوت ( شرعی ) مل جائے تو اسے کوڑے لگوائے، پھر اس کی لعنت ملامت نہ کرے۔ اس کے بعد اگر پھر وہ زنا کرے تو پھر کوڑے لگوائے مگر پھر لعنت ملامت نہ کرے۔ پھر اگر تیسری مرتبہ بھی زنا کرے تو اسے بیچ دے چاہے بال کی ایک رسی کے بدلہ ہی میں کیوں نہ ہو۔
