كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par `Abdullah bin Mas`ud : Celui qui achète une brebis qui n’a pas été traitée depuis longtemps a le choix de la rendre avec un Sa de dattes ; et le Prophète (ﷺ) a interdit d’aller à la rencontre du vendeur sur la route (car il ne connaît pas le prix du marché et pourrait vendre ses biens à bas prix)

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُحَفَّلَةً، فَرَدَّهَا فَلْيَرُدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا. وَنَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ تُلَقَّى الْبُيُوعُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah bin Mas`ud:Whoever buys a sheep which has not been milked for a long time, has the option of returning it along with one Sa of dates; and the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade going to meet the seller on the way (as he has no knowledge of the market price and he may sell his goods at a low price)

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے معتمر نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ میں نے اپنے باپ سے سنا، وہ کہتے تھے کہ ہم سے ابوعثمان نے بیان کیا اور ان سے عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ جو شخص «مصراة» بکری خریدے اور اسے واپس کرنا چاہے تو ( اصل مالک کو ) اس کے ساتھ ایک صاع بھی دے۔ اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قافلہ والوں سے ( جو مال بیچنے لائیں ) آگے بڑھ کر خریدنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
