كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par `Abdullah bin `Umar : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Ne poussez pas quelqu’un à rendre ce qu’il a déjà acheté (dans une vente facultative) à un autre vendeur pour lui vendre vos propres marchandises. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Do not urge somebody to return what he has already bought (i.e. in optional sale) from another seller so as to sell him your own goods

ہم سے اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے نافع نے، اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کی خرید و فروخت میں دخل اندازی نہ کرے۔
