Hadith 2110 — Livre 34: Sales and Trade
كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Hakim bin Hizam : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « L'acheteur et le vendeur ont le choix d'annuler ou de confirmer la vente tant qu'ils ne se sont pas séparés. S'ils disent la vérité et précisent les défauts de la marchandise, ils seront bénis dans leur transaction. S'ils mentent et cachent certains faits, leur transaction sera privée de la bénédiction d'Allah. »

حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَبَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ قَتَادَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ حَكِيمَ بْنَ حِزَامٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا، وَإِنْ كَذَبَا وَكَتَمَا مُحِقَتْ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Hakim bin Hizam:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The buyer and the seller have the option of canceling or confirming the bargain unless they separate, and if they spoke the truth and made clear the defects of the goods, then they would be blessed in their bargain, and if they told lies and hid some facts, their bargain would be deprived of Allah's blessings
Traduction en ourdou
مجھ سے اسحاق بن منصور نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو حبان بن ہلال نے خبر دی، کہا کہ ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، کہ ان کو قتادہ نے خبر دی کہ مجھے صالح ابوالخلیل نے خبر دی، انہیں عبداللہ بن حارث نے، کہا کہ میں نے حکیم بن حزام رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا خریدنے اور بیچنے والے جب تک ایک دوسرے سے الگ الگ نہ ہو جائیں انہیں اختیار باقی رہتا ہے۔ اب اگر دونوں نے سچائی اختیار کی اور ہر بات صاف صاف بیان اور واضح کر دی، تو ان کی خرید و فروخت میں برکت ہوتی ہے۔ لیکن اگر انہوں نے کوئی بات چھپائی یا جھوٹ بولا تو ان کی خرید و فروخت میں سے برکت مٹا دی جاتی ہے۔
