Rapporté par `Amr bin Dinar : Nous avons demandé à Ibn `Umar si un homme qui avait fait le Tawaf autour de la Ka`ba mais n’avait pas encore fait le Tawaf entre As-Safa et Al-Marwa, avait le droit d’avoir des relations sexuelles avec sa femme. Il a répondu : Le Prophète (ﷺ) est arrivé (à La Mecque), a tourné autour de la Ka`ba sept fois, puis a prié deux rak`a derrière Maqam Ibrahim, puis a fait les allers-retours (Tawaf) entre As-Safa et Al-Marwa (sept fois). Et certes, dans le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), vous avez un bon exemple. Nous avons posé la même question à Jabir bin `Abdullah et il a répondu : Il ne doit pas s’approcher d’elle tant qu’il n’a pas terminé les allers-retours (Tawaf) entre As-Safa et Al-Marwa

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْنَا ابْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنْ رَجُلٍ، طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ فِي عُمْرَةٍ، وَلَمْ يَطُفْ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، أَيَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ فَقَالَ قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ سَبْعًا، وَصَلَّى خَلْفَ الْمَقَامِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، وَطَافَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ سَبْعًا، وَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ. قَالَ وَسَأَلْنَا جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ فَقَالَ لاَ يَقْرَبَنَّهَا حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Amr bin Dinar:We asked Ibn `Umar whether a man who had performed the Tawaf of the Ka`ba but had not performed the Tawaf between As-Safa and Al-Marwa yet, was permitted to have sexual relation with his wife. He replied, "The Prophet (ﷺ) arrived (at Mecca) and circumambulated the Ka`ba seven times and then offered a two rak`at prayer behind Maqam-Ibrahim and then performed the going (Tawaf) between As-Safa and Al-Marwa (seven times) (and verily, in Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) you have a good example." And we asked Jabir bin `Abdullah (the same question) and he replied, "He should not go near her till he has finished the going (Tawaf) between As-Safa and Al-Marwa

ہم سے حمیدی نے بیان کیا، ان سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن دینار نے کہا کہ ہم نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں دریافت کیا جو عمرہ کے لیے بیت اللہ کا طواف تو کرتا ہے لیکن صفا اور مروہ کی سعی نہیں کرتا، کیا وہ ( صرف بیت اللہ کے طواف کے بعد ) اپنی بیوی سے ہمبستر ہو سکتا ہے؟ انہوں نے اس کا جواب یہ دیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ( مکہ ) تشریف لائے اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیت اللہ کا سات چکروں کے ساتھ طواف کیا، پھر مقام ابراہیم علیہ السلام کے قریب دو رکعت نماز پڑھی، اس کے بعد صفا اور مروہ کی سات مرتبہ سعی کی ”اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زندگی تمہارے لیے بہترین نمونہ ہے۔“
