كتاب الحج
Rapporté par Ibn `Abbas : Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a fixé Dhul Hulaifa comme Miqat pour les gens de Médine ; Al-Juhfa pour les gens du Sham ; Qarn Ul-Manazil pour les gens du Najd ; et Yalamlam pour les gens du Yémen. Ces lieux sont les Mawaqit pour tous ceux qui vivent là-bas et pour ceux qui passent par là avec l'intention d'accomplir le Hajj ou la `Umra. Celui qui vit à l'intérieur de ces limites doit entrer en état d'Ihram depuis chez lui, et de même, les gens de La Mecque peuvent entrer en état d'Ihram depuis La Mecque

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ، وَلأَهْلِ الشَّأْمِ الْجُحْفَةَ، وَلأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنَ الْمَنَازِلِ، وَلأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ، فَهُنَّ لَهُنَّ وَلِمَنْ أَتَى عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَهْلِهِنَّ، لِمَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ، فَمَنْ كَانَ دُونَهُنَّ فَمُهَلُّهُ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ، وَكَذَاكَ حَتَّى أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ يُهِلُّونَ مِنْهَا.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had fixed Dhul Hulaifa as the Miqat for the people of Medina; Al-Juhfa for the people of Sham; and Qarn Ul-Manazil for the people of Najd; and Yalamlam for the people of Yemen. So, these (above mentioned) are the Mawaqit for all those living at those places, and besides them for those who come through those places with the intention of performing Hajj and `Umra and whoever lives within these places should assume Ihram from his dwelling place, and similarly the people of Mecca can assume Ihram from Mecca

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے حماد بن زید نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن دینار نے بیان کیا، ان سے طاؤس نے بیان کیا، اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مدینہ والوں کے لیے ذوالحلیفہ کو میقات مقرر کیا، شام والوں کے لیے حجفہ، نجد والوں کے لیے قرن المنازل اور یمن والوں کے لیے یلملم۔ یہ میقات ان ملک والوں کے ہیں اور ان لوگوں کے لیے بھی جو ان ملکوں سے گزر کر حرم میں داخل ہوں اور حج یا عمرہ کا ارادہ رکھتے ہوں۔ لیکن جو لوگ میقات کے اندر رہتے ہوں۔ یہاں تک کہ مکہ کے لوگ احرام مکہ ہی سے باندھیں۔
