Rapporté par `Aisha : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Ils savent maintenant que ce que je leur disais était la vérité. » Et Allah a dit : « En vérité ! Tu ne peux pas faire entendre les morts (c’est-à-dire leur être utile, et de même pour les mécréants), ni faire entendre les sourds. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ إِنَّمَا قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّهُمْ لَيَعْلَمُونَ الآنَ أَنَّ مَا كُنْتُ أَقُولُ حَقٌّ وَقَدْ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى {إِنَّكَ لاَ تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَى}"
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Aisha:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "They now realize that what I used to tell them was the truth. "And Allah said, 'Verily! You cannot make the dead to hear (i.e. benefit them, and similarly the disbelievers) nor can you make the deaf hear

ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے ‘ ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے ‘ ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے فرمایا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بدر کے کافروں کو یہ فرمایا تھا کہ میں جو ان سے کہا کرتا تھا اب ان کو معلوم ہوا ہو گا کہ وہ سچ ہے۔ اور اللہ نے سورۃ الروم میں فرمایا «إنك لا تسمع الموتى» اے پیغمبر! تو مردوں کو نہیں سنا سکتا۔
