Hadith 1151 — Livre 19: Prayer at Night (Tahajjud)
كتاب قيام الليل
Rapporté par 'Aisha : Une femme de la tribu de Bani Asad était assise avec moi et l’Envoyé d’Allah (ﷺ) entra chez moi et demanda : « Qui est-ce ? » Je répondis : « C’est une telle. Elle ne dort pas la nuit car elle prie. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) dit, en désapprouvant : « Faites des actions selon vos capacités, car Allah ne se lasse pas de donner des récompenses tant que vous ne vous lassez pas de faire le bien. »

قَالَ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ كَانَتْ عِنْدِي امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ بَنِي أَسَدٍ فَدَخَلَ عَلَىَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " مَنْ هَذِهِ ". قُلْتُ فُلاَنَةُ لاَ تَنَامُ بِاللَّيْلِ. فَذُكِرَ مِنْ صَلاَتِهَا فَقَالَ " مَهْ عَلَيْكُمْ مَا تُطِيقُونَ مِنَ الأَعْمَالِ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَمَلُّ حَتَّى تَمَلُّوا ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated 'Aisha: A woman from the tribe of Bani Asad was sitting with me and Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) came to my house and said, "Who is this?" I said, "(She is) So and so. She does not sleep at night because she is engaged in prayer." The Prophet (ﷺ) said disapprovingly: Do (good) deeds which is within your capacity as Allah never gets tired of giving rewards till you get tired of doing good deeds

اور امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا کہ ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ قعنبی نے بیان کیا، ان سے مالک رحمہ اللہ نے، ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے فرمایا کہ میرے پاس بنو اسد کی ایک عورت بیٹھی تھی، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف لائے تو ان کے متعلق پوچھا کہ یہ کون ہیں؟ میں نے کہا کہ یہ فلاں خاتون ہیں جو رات بھر نہیں سوتیں۔ ان کی نماز کا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے ذکر کیا گیا۔ لیکن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ بس تمہیں صرف اتنا ہی عمل کرنا چاہیے جتنے کی تم میں طاقت ہو۔ کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ تو ( ثواب دینے سے ) تھکتا ہی نہیں تم ہی عمل کرتے کرتے تھک جاؤ گے۔
