Hadith 1043 — Livre 16: Eclipses
كتاب الكسوف
Rapporté par Al-Mughira bin Shu`ba : Le soleil s’est éclipsé du vivant du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), le jour où (son fils) Ibrahim est décédé. Les gens ont alors dit que le soleil s’était éclipsé à cause de la mort d’Ibrahim. Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Le soleil et la lune ne s’éclipsent pas à cause de la mort ou de la naissance de quelqu’un. Quand vous voyez l’éclipse, priez et invoquez Allah. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلاَقَةَ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ كَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ مَاتَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ، فَقَالَ النَّاسُ كَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ لِمَوْتِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ لاَ يَنْكَسِفَانِ لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلاَ لِحَيَاتِهِ، فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ فَصَلُّوا وَادْعُوا اللَّهَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Al-Mughira bin Shu`ba:"The sun eclipsed in the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) on the day when (his son) Ibrahim died. So the people said that the sun had eclipsed because of the death of Ibrahim. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The sun and the moon do not eclipse because of the death or life (i.e. birth) of someone. When you see the eclipse pray and invoke Allah
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد مسندی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے ہاشم بن قاسم نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے شیبان ابومعاویہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے زیاد بن علاقہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں سورج گرہن اس دن لگا جس دن ( آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے صاحبزادے ) ابراہیم رضی اللہ عنہ کا انتقال ہوا بعض لوگ کہنے لگے کہ گرہن ابراہیم رضی اللہ عنہ کی وفات کی وجہ سے لگا ہے۔ اس لیے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ گرہن کسی کی موت و حیات سے نہیں لگتا۔ البتہ تم جب اسے دیکھو تو نماز پڑھا کرو اور دعا کیا کرو۔
