Hadith 897 — Livre 11: Friday Prayer
كتاب الجمعة
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Nous sommes les derniers (à venir parmi les nations) mais (nous serons) les premiers au Jour de la Résurrection. Ils ont reçu l’Écriture Sainte avant nous et nous avons reçu le Coran après eux. Et c’est ce jour (le vendredi) au sujet duquel ils ont divergé et Allah nous a guidés (vers lui). Ainsi, demain (c’est-à-dire le samedi) est le jour des Juifs, et le surlendemain (c’est-à-dire le dimanche) est le jour des Chrétiens. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) resta silencieux un moment puis dit : « Il est obligatoire pour chaque musulman de prendre un bain au moins une fois tous les sept jours, en se lavant la tête et le corps. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " نَحْنُ الآخِرُونَ السَّابِقُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا، وَأُوتِينَاهُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ، فَهَذَا الْيَوْمُ الَّذِي اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ فَهَدَانَا اللَّهُ، فَغَدًا لِلْيَهُودِ وَبَعْدَ غَدٍ لِلنَّصَارَى ". فَسَكَتَ. ثُمَّ قَالَ " حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ فِي كُلِّ سَبْعَةِ أَيَّامٍ يَوْمًا يَغْسِلُ فِيهِ رَأْسَهُ وَجَسَدَهُ ". ثُمَّ قَالَ " حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ فِي كُلِّ سَبْعَةِ أَيَّامٍ يَوْمًا يَغْسِلُ فِيهِ رَأْسَهُ وَجَسَدَهُ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said "We are the last (to come amongst the nations) but (will be) the foremost on the Day of Resurrection. They were given the Holy Scripture before us and we were given the Quran after them. And this was the day (Friday) about which they differed and Allah gave us the guidance (for that). So tomorrow (i.e. Saturday) is the Jews' (day), and the day after tomorrow (i.e. Sunday) is the Christians'." The Prophet (ﷺ) remained silent (for a while) and then said, "It is obligatory for every Muslim that he should take a bath once in seven days, when he should wash his head and body

ہم سے مسلم بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے وہیب بن خالد نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے عبداللہ بن طاؤس نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے باپ طاؤس نے، ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہم ( دنیا میں ) تو بعد میں آئے لیکن قیامت کے دن سب سے آگے ہوں گے، فرق صرف یہ ہے کہ یہود و نصاریٰ کو کتاب ہم سے پہلے دی گئی اور ہمیں بعد میں۔ تو یہ دن ( جمعہ ) وہ ہے جس کے بارے میں اہل کتاب نے اختلاف کیا، اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہمیں یہ دن بتلا دیا ( اس کے بعد ) دوسرا دن ( ہفتہ ) یہود کا دن ہے اور تیسرا دن ( اتوار ) نصاریٰ کا۔ آپ پھر خاموش ہو گئے۔
