كتاب الأذان
Rapporté par Al-Bara' bin `Azib : (Il n’était pas menteur) Nous avions l’habitude de prier derrière le Prophète (ﷺ) et quand il disait : « Sami`a l-lahu liman hamidah », aucun de nous ne courbait le dos (pour se prosterner) avant que le Prophète (ﷺ) ait posé son front au sol

حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْخَطْمِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْبَرَاءُ بْنُ عَازِبٍ ـ وَهْوَ غَيْرُ كَذُوبٍ ـ قَالَ كُنَّا نُصَلِّي خَلْفَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَإِذَا قَالَ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ. لَمْ يَحْنِ أَحَدٌ مِنَّا ظَهْرَهُ حَتَّى يَضَعَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم جَبْهَتَهُ عَلَى الأَرْضِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Al-Bara' bin `Azib:(He was not a liar) We used to pray behind the Prophet (ﷺ) and when he said, "Sami`a l-lahu liman hamidah", none of us would bend his back (to go for prostration) till the Prophet (ﷺ) had placed his, forehead on the ground
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے آدم بن ابی ایاس نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے اسرائیل نے ابواسحاق سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن یزید سے، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا، وہ جھوٹ نہیں بول سکتے تھے۔ آپ نے فرمایا کہ ہم نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی اقتداء میں نماز پڑھتے تھے۔ جب آپ «سمع الله لمن حمده» کہتے ( یعنی رکوع سے سر اٹھاتے ) تو ہم میں سے کوئی اس وقت تک اپنی پیٹھ نہ جھکاتا جب تک آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنی پیشانی زمین پر نہ رکھ دیتے۔
