Hadith 3397 — Livre 23: Commercial Transactions (Kitab Al-Buyu)
كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Rafi’ ibn Khadij رضي الله عنه : Abu Rafi’ est venu nous voir de la part du Messager d’Allah ﷺ et a dit : « Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ nous a interdit une pratique qui nous était bénéfique ; mais obéir à Allah et à Son Messager ﷺ est plus bénéfique pour nous. Il a interdit que l’un de nous cultive une terre sauf celle qu’il possède ou celle qu’un homme lui prête (pour la cultiver). »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ ذَرٍّ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ جَاءَنَا أَبُو رَافِعٍ مِنْ عِنْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ أَمْرٍ كَانَ يَرْفَقُ بِنَا وَطَاعَةُ اللَّهِ وَطَاعَةُ رَسُولِهِ أَرْفَقُ بِنَا نَهَانَا أَنْ يَزْرَعَ أَحَدُنَا إِلاَّ أَرْضًا يَمْلِكُ رَقَبَتَهَا أَوْ مَنِيحَةً يَمْنَحُهَا رَجُلٌ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Rafi' ibn Khadij: AbuRafi' came to us from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade us from a work which benefited us; but obedience to Allah and His Apostle (ﷺ) is more beneficial to us. He forbade that one of us cultivates land except the one which he owns or the land which a man lends him (to cultivate)
Traduction en ourdou
رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں ہمارے پاس ابورافع رضی اللہ عنہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس سے آئے اور کہنے لگے: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں اس کام سے روک دیا ہے جو ہمارے لیے سود مند تھا، لیکن اللہ کی اطاعت اور اس کے رسول کی فرماں برداری ہمارے لیے اس سے بھی زیادہ سود مند ہے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں زراعت کرنے سے روک دیا ہے مگر ایسی زمین میں جس کے رقبہ و حدود کے ہم خود مالک ہوں یا جسے کوئی ہمیں ( بلامعاوضہ و شرط ) دیدے۔
