Rapporté par Aisha, la mère des croyants رضي الله عنها : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Il ne faut pas faire de vœu pour un acte de désobéissance, et l’expiation pour cela est la même que pour un serment. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، رضى الله عنها أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ : " لاَ نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ، وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: No vow must be taken to do an act of disobedience, and the atonement for it is the same as for an oath

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: معصیت کی نذر نہیں ہے ( یعنی اس کا پورا کرنا جائز نہیں ہے ) اور اس کا کفارہ وہی ہے جو قسم کا کفارہ ہے ۔
