Rapporté par Ash-Sharid ibn Suwayd ath-Thaqafi : La mère de Sharid a laissé un testament pour affranchir un esclave croyant en son nom. Il est donc allé voir le Prophète ﷺ et a dit : « Messager d’Allah, ma mère a laissé un testament pour que j’affranchisse un esclave croyant pour elle, et j’ai une esclave nubienne noire. » Il a mentionné une tradition concernant l’épreuve de la jeune fille. Abu Dawud a dit : Khalid b. ‘Abd Allah a rapporté ce hadith directement du Prophète ﷺ. Il n’a pas mentionné le nom de al-Sharid

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ الشَّرِيدِ، : أَنَّ أُمَّهُ، أَوْصَتْهُ أَنْ يُعْتِقَ، عَنْهَا رَقَبَةً مُؤْمِنَةً فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أُمِّي أَوْصَتْ أَنْ أُعْتِقَ عَنْهَا رَقَبَةً مُؤْمِنَةً وَعِنْدِي جَارِيَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ نُوبِيَّةٌ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَرْسَلَهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ الشَّرِيدَ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ash-Sharid ibn Suwayd ath-Thaqafi: Sharid's mother left a will to emancipate a believing slave on her behalf. So he came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah, my mother left a will that I should emancipate a believing slave for her, and I have a black Nubian slave-girl. He mentioned a tradition about the test of the girl. Abu Dawud said: Khalid b. 'Abd Allah narrated this tradition direct from the Prophet (ﷺ). He did not mention the name of al-Sharid
Traduction en ourdou
شرید سے روایت ہے کہ ان کی والدہ نے انہیں اپنی طرف سے ایک مومنہ لونڈی آزاد کر دینے کی وصیت کی تو وہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئے اور عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! میری والدہ نے مجھے وصیت کی ہے کہ میں ان کی طرف سے ایک مومنہ لونڈی آزاد کر دوں، اور میرے پاس نوبہ ( حبش کے پاس ایک ریاست ہے ) کی ایک کالی لونڈی ہے۔ ۔ ۔ پھر اوپر گزری ہوئی حدیث کی طرح ذکر کیا۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں کہ خالد بن عبداللہ نے اس حدیث کو مرسلاً روایت کیا ہے، شرید کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے۔
