كتاب الخراج والإمرة والفيء
Rapporté par Ubaydullah : Harb ibn Ubaydullah a rapporté de la part de son grand-père maternel, qui le tenait de son père, que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « La dîme doit être prélevée sur les Juifs et les Chrétiens, mais pas sur les musulmans. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَبِي أُمِّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّمَا الْعُشُورُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى وَلَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ عُشُورٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ubaydullah: Harb ibn Ubaydullah told on the authority of his grandfather, his mother's father, that he had it on the authority of his father that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Tithes are to be levied on Jews and Christians, but not on Muslims
Traduction en ourdou
حرب بن عبیداللہ کے نانا (جو بنی تغلب سے ہیں) کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: عشر ( دسواں حصہ ) یہود و نصاریٰ سے لیا جائے گا اور مسلمانوں پر دسواں حصہ ( مال تجارت میں ) نہیں ہے ( بلکہ ان سے چالیسواں حصہ لیا جائے گا۔ البتہ پیداوار اور زراعت میں ان سے دسواں حصہ لیا جائے گا ) ۔
