Rapporté par Mughirah ibn Shu‘bah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « L’imam ne doit pas prier à l’endroit où il a dirigé la prière tant qu’il ne s’est pas déplacé. » Abu Dawud a précisé : ‘Ata’ al-Khurasani n’a pas vu Mughirah ibn Shu‘bah (ce récit est donc munqati‘, c’est-à-dire qu’il manque un maillon dans la chaîne)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الْقُرَشِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءٌ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يُصَلِّي الإِمَامُ فِي الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي صَلَّى فِيهِ حَتَّى يَتَحَوَّلَ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَطَاءٌ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ شُعْبَةَ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Mughirah ibn Shu'bah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The Imam should not pray at the place where he led the prayer until he removes (from there). Abu Dawud said: 'Ata' al-Khurasani did not see Mughirah b. Shu'bah (This tradition is, therefore munqati', i.e. a link is missing in the chain)
Traduction en ourdou
مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: امام اس جگہ پر ( نفل ) نماز نہ پڑھے جہاں اس نے ( فرض ) نماز پڑھی ہے، جب تک کہ وہاں سے ہٹ نہ جائے ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: عطاء خراسانی کی مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے ملاقات نہیں ہے۔
