Ce hadith a aussi été transmis par une autre chaîne par ‘Amr b. Salamah. Cette version dit : « Je les dirigeais dans la prière avec un tissu sur moi qui était rapiécé et déchiré. Quand je me prosternai, mes fesses étaient découvertes. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الأَحْوَلُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَلِمَةَ، بِهَذَا الْخَبَرِ قَالَ فَكُنْتُ أَؤُمُّهُمْ فِي بُرْدَةٍ مُوصَلَةٍ فِيهَا فَتْقٌ فَكُنْتُ إِذَا سَجَدْتُ خَرَجَتِ اسْتِي .
Traduction anglaise
This tradition has also been transmitted through a different chain by ‘Amr b. Salamah. This version says:“I used to lead them in prayer with a sheet of cloth on me that was patched and torn. When I prostrated myself, my buttocks were disclosed

اس سند سے بھی عمرو بن سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے یہ حدیث مروی ہے، اس میں ہے میں ایک پیوند لگی ہوئی پھٹی چادر میں ان کی امامت کرتا تھا، تو جب میں سجدہ میں جاتا تو میری سرین کھل جاتی تھی۔
