Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-‘As : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Des personnes de deux religions différentes n’héritent pas l’une de l’autre. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ شَتَّى " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: people of two different religions would not inherit from one another

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: دو دین والے ( یعنی مسلمان اور کافر ) کبھی ایک دوسرے کے وارث نہیں ہو سکتے ۔
