Rapporté par Jabir ibn Abdullah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « L’abattage de l’embryon est inclus dans celui de sa mère. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ فَارِسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ رَاهَوَيْهِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ الْقَدَّاحُ الْمَكِّيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The slaughter of embryo is included when its mother is slaughtered
Traduction en ourdou
جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پیٹ کے بچے کا ذبح اس کی ماں کا ذبح ہے ( یعنی ماں کا ذبح کرنا پیٹ کے بچے کے ذبح کو کافی ہے ) ۔
