Hadith 2821 — Livre 16: Sacrifice (Kitab Al-Dahaya)

Rapporté par Rafi' b. Khadij : Je suis venu voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et j’ai dit : « Messager d’Allah, nous allons rencontrer l’ennemi demain et nous n’avons pas de couteaux avec nous. Pouvons-nous tuer avec une pierre tranchante blanche (silex) ou avec un éclat de bois ? » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Dépêchez-vous de l’égorger. Quand le nom d’Allah est prononcé, vous pouvez manger ce qui a été tué par tout ce qui fait couler le sang, sauf la dent et la griffe. Je vais vous expliquer. La dent est un os, et la griffe est le couteau des Abyssiniens. » Certains se sont précipités, ont avancé et ont obtenu du butin, tandis que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ était à l’arrière et ils ont mis les marmites à cuire. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ est passé près des marmites. Il a ordonné de les renverser. Puis il a partagé (le butin) entre eux, et leur a donné un chameau pour dix chèvres en compensation. Un des chameaux s’est enfui, et ils n’avaient pas de chevaux à ce moment-là. Un homme a tiré une flèche sur lui, et Allah l’a empêché de s’échapper. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Parmi les animaux (c’est-à-dire les chameaux), il y en a qui s’enfuient comme des bêtes sauvages ; alors si cela arrive, agissez ainsi. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نَلْقَى الْعَدُوَّ غَدًا وَلَيْسَ مَعَنَا مُدًى أَفَنَذْبَحُ بِالْمَرْوَةِ وَشِقَّةِ الْعَصَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَرِنْ أَوْ أَعْجِلْ مَا أَنْهَرَ الدَّمَ وَذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ فَكُلُوا مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ سِنًّا أَوْ ظُفْرًا وَسَأُحَدِّثُكُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ أَمَّا السِّنُّ فَعَظْمٌ وَأَمَّا الظُّفْرُ فَمُدَى الْحَبَشَةِ " . وَتَقَدَّمَ بِهِ سَرَعَانٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَتَعَجَّلُوا فَأَصَابُوا مِنَ الْغَنَائِمِ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي آخِرِ النَّاسِ فَنَصَبُوا قُدُورًا فَمَرَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْقُدُورِ فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَأُكْفِئَتْ وَقَسَمَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَعَدَلَ بَعِيرًا بِعَشْرِ شِيَاهٍ وَنَدَّ بَعِيرٌ مِنْ إِبِلِ الْقَوْمِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُمْ خَيْلٌ فَرَمَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِسَهْمٍ فَحَبَسَهُ اللَّهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ لِهَذِهِ الْبَهَائِمِ أَوَابِدَ كَأَوَابِدِ الْوَحْشِ فَمَا فَعَلَ مِنْهَا هَذَا فَافْعَلُوا بِهِ مِثْلَ هَذَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Rafi' b. Khadij:I came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah, we shall meet the enemy tomorrow and we have no knives with us. May we kill with a sharp-edged white stone (flint) and with splinter of a staff ? The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Hasten in slaughtering it. When Allah's name is mentioned you may eat what is killed by anything which causes the blood to flow except tooth and claw. I shall tell you about it. The tooth is a bone, and the claw is the knife of Abyssinians. Some people hastened and went forward, they made haste and got booty, while the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was in the rear and they setup cooking pots. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) passed by over the cooking pots. He ordered to turn them over. He then divided (the spoils of war) between them, and gave them a camel for ten goats in equation. One of the camels of the people ran away, and they had no horses with them at that time. A man shot an arrow at it, and Allah prevented it from escaping. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Among animals (i.e. camels) there are some which bolt like wild animals ; so when any of them does so, do with it like this

رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا اور عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! ہم کل دشمنوں سے مقابلہ کرنے والے ہیں، ہمارے پاس چھریاں نہیں ہیں کیا ہم سفید ( دھار دار ) پتھر یا لاٹھی کے پھٹے ہوئے ٹکڑے ( بانس کی کھپچی ) سے ذبح کریں؟ تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جلدی کر لو ۱؎ جو چیز کہ خون بہا دے اور اللہ کا نام اس پر لیا جائے تو اسے کھاؤ ہاں وہ دانت اور ناخن سے ذبح نہ ہو، عنقریب میں تم کو اس کی وجہ بتاتا ہوں، دانت سے تو اس لیے نہیں کہ دانت ایک ہڈی ہے، اور ناخن سے اس لیے نہیں کہ وہ جبشیوں کی چھریاں ہیں ، اور کچھ جلد باز لوگ آگے بڑھ گئے، انہوں نے جلدی کی، اور کچھ مال غنیمت حاصل کر لیا، اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سب سے پیچھے چل رہے تھے تو ان لوگوں نے دیگیں چڑھا دیں، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان دیگوں کے پاس سے گزرے تو آپ نے انہیں پلٹ دینے کا حکم دیا، چنانچہ وہ پلٹ دی گئیں، اور ان کے درمیان آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( مال غنیمت ) تقسیم کیا تو ایک اونٹ کو دس بکریوں کے برابر قرار دیا، ایک اونٹ ان اونٹوں میں سے بھاگ نکلا اس وقت لوگوں کے پاس گھوڑے نہ تھے ( کہ گھوڑا دوڑا کر اسے پکڑ لیتے ) چنانچہ ایک شخص نے اسے تیر مارا تو اللہ نے اسے روک دیا ( یعنی وہ چوٹ کھا کر گر گیا اور آگے نہ بڑھ سکا ) اس پر نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ان چوپایوں میں بھی بدکنے والے جانور ہوتے ہیں جیسے وحشی جانور بدکتے ہیں تو جو کوئی ان جانوروں میں سے ایسا کرے تو تم بھی اس کے ساتھ ایسا ہی کرو ۔
