Rapporté par Salamah ibn Sakhr al-Bayadi : J’étais un homme qui avait plus de désir pour les femmes que les autres. Quand le mois de Ramadan est arrivé, j’ai eu peur d’avoir des rapports avec ma femme et que ce péché reste avec moi jusqu’au matin. J’ai donc dit à ma femme qu’elle était pour moi comme le dos de ma mère jusqu’à la fin du Ramadan. Mais une nuit, alors qu’elle me servait, une partie d’elle s’est découverte. Soudain, j’ai eu un rapport avec elle. Le matin venu, je suis allé voir ma famille et je leur ai parlé de cela. J’ai dit : « Venez avec moi voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ. » Ils ont dit : « Non, par Allah. » Alors je suis allé voir le Prophète ﷺ et je lui ai expliqué la situation. Il a dit : « As-tu vraiment fait cela, Salamah ? » J’ai répondu : « Je l’ai fait deux fois, Messager d’Allah. J’accepte la décision d’Allah, le Très-Haut ; alors décide pour moi selon ce qu’Allah t’a montré. » Il a dit : « Libère un esclave. » J’ai dit : « Par Celui qui t’a envoyé avec la vérité, je ne possède d’autre cou que la mienne. » Il a dit : « Alors jeûne deux mois consécutifs. » J’ai dit : « C’est justement à cause du jeûne que j’ai eu ce problème. » Il a dit : « Nourris soixante pauvres avec un wasq de dattes. » J’ai dit : « Par Celui qui t’a envoyé avec la vérité, nous avons passé la nuit affamés ; il n’y a rien à manger chez nous. » Il a dit : « Va voir le collecteur de la zakat des Banu Zurayq ; il doit te donner cela. Nourris alors soixante pauvres avec un wasq de dattes, et mangez le reste avec ta famille. » Je suis alors retourné vers ma famille et je leur ai dit : « J’ai trouvé chez vous la pauvreté et de mauvaises pensées, et chez le Prophète ﷺ la générosité et la bonté. Il m’a ordonné de vous donner l’aumône. » Ibn al-Ala’ a ajouté : Ibn Idris a dit : Bayadah est une sous-tribu des Banu Zurayq

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، - الْمَعْنَى - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، - قَالَ ابْنُ الْعَلاَءِ ابْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ - عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ صَخْرٍ، - قَالَ ابْنُ الْعَلاَءِ الْبَيَاضِيِّ - قَالَ كُنْتُ امْرَأً أُصِيبُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ مَا لاَ يُصِيبُ غَيْرِي فَلَمَّا دَخَلَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ خِفْتُ أَنْ أُصِيبَ مِنَ امْرَأَتِي شَيْئًا يُتَابَعُ بِي حَتَّى أُصْبِحَ فَظَاهَرْتُ مِنْهَا حَتَّى يَنْسَلِخَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ فَبَيْنَمَا هِيَ تَخْدُمُنِي ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ إِذْ تَكَشَّفَ لِي مِنْهَا شَىْءٌ فَلَمْ أَلْبَثْ أَنْ نَزَوْتُ عَلَيْهَا فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحْتُ خَرَجْتُ إِلَى قَوْمِي فَأَخْبَرْتُهُمُ الْخَبَرَ وَقُلْتُ امْشُوا مَعِي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏ قَالُوا لاَ وَاللَّهِ ‏.‏ فَانْطَلَقْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ أَنْتَ بِذَاكَ يَا سَلَمَةُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ أَنَا بِذَاكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَأَنَا صَابِرٌ لأَمْرِ اللَّهِ فَاحْكُمْ فِيَّ مَا أَرَاكَ اللَّهُ قَالَ ‏"‏ حَرِّرْ رَقَبَةً ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا أَمْلِكُ رَقَبَةً غَيْرَهَا وَضَرَبْتُ صَفْحَةَ رَقَبَتِي قَالَ ‏"‏ فَصُمْ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَهَلْ أُصِبْتُ الَّذِي أُصِبْتُ إِلاَّ مِنَ الصِّيَامِ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَأَطْعِمْ وَسْقًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ بَيْنَ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لَقَدْ بِتْنَا وَحْشَيْنِ مَا لَنَا طَعَامٌ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَانْطَلِقْ إِلَى صَاحِبِ صَدَقَةِ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ فَلْيَدْفَعْهَا إِلَيْكَ فَأَطْعِمْ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا وَسْقًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ وَكُلْ أَنْتَ وَعِيَالُكَ بَقِيَّتَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَرَجَعْتُ إِلَى قَوْمِي فَقُلْتُ وَجَدْتُ عِنْدَكُمُ الضِّيقَ وَسُوءَ الرَّأْىِ وَوَجَدْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم السَّعَةَ وَحُسْنَ الرَّأْىِ وَقَدْ أَمَرَنِي - أَوْ أَمَرَ لِي - بِصَدَقَتِكُمْ زَادَ ابْنُ الْعَلاَءِ قَالَ ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ بَيَاضَةُ بَطْنٌ مِنْ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ ‏.‏

Traduction anglaise

Narrated Salamah ibn Sakhr al-Bayadi: I was a man who was more given than others to sexual intercourse with women. When the month of Ramadan came, I feared lest I should have intercourse with my wife, and this evil should remain with me till the morning. So I made my wife like my mother's back to me till the end of Ramadan. But one night when she was waiting upon me, something of her was revealed. Suddenly I jumped upon her. When the morning came I went to my people and informed them about this matter. I said: Go along with me to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). They said: No, by Allah. So I went to the Prophet (peace be upon him and informed him of the matter. He said: Have you really committed it, Salamah? I said: I committed it twice, Messenger of Allah. I am content with the Commandment of Allah, the Exalted; so take a decision about me according to what Allah has shown you. He said: Free a slave. I said: By Him Who sent you with truth, I do not possess a neck other than this: and I struck the surface of my neck. He said: Then fast two consecutive months. I said: Whatever I suffered is due to fasting. He said: Feed sixty poor people with a wasq of dates. I said: By Him Who sent you with truth, we passed the night hungry; there was no food in our house. He said: Then go to the collector of sadaqah of Banu Zurayq; he must give it to you. Then feed sixty poor people with a wasq of dates; and you and your family eat the remaining dates. Then I came back to my people, and said (to them): I found with you poverty and bad opinion; and I found with the Prophet (ﷺ) prosperity and good opinion. He has commanded me to give alms to you. Ibn al-Ala' added: Ibn Idris said: Bayadah is a sub-clan of Banu Zurayq

سلمہ بن صخر بیاضی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ کہ لوگوں کے مقابلے میں میں کچھ زیادہ ہی عورتوں کا شوقین تھا، جب ماہ رمضان آیا تو مجھے ڈر ہوا کہ اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ کوئی ایسی حرکت نہ کر بیٹھوں جس کی برائی صبح تک پیچھا نہ چھوڑے چنانچہ میں نے ماہ رمضان کے ختم ہونے تک کے لیے اس سے ظہار کر لیا۔ ایک رات کی بات ہے وہ میری خدمت کر رہی تھی کہ اچانک اس کے جسم کا کوئی حصہ نظر آ گیا تو میں اس سے صحبت کئے بغیر نہیں رہ سکا، پھر جب میں نے صبح کی تو میں اپنی قوم کے پاس آیا اور انہیں سارا ماجرا سنایا، نیز ان سے درخواست کی کہ وہ میرے ساتھ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس چلیں، وہ کہنے لگے: اللہ کی قسم یہ نہیں ہو سکتا تو میں خود ہی آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا، اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو پوری بات بتائی، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سلمہ! تم نے ایسا کیا؟ میں نے جواب دیا: ہاں اللہ کے رسول، مجھ سے یہ حرکت ہو گئی، دو بار اس طرح کہا، میں اللہ کا حکم بجا لانے کے لیے تیار ہوں، تو آپ میرے بارے میں حکم کیجئے جو اللہ آپ کو سجھائے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ایک گردن آزاد کرو ، میں نے اپنی گردن پر ہاتھ مار کر کہا: اس ذات کی قسم جس نے آپ کو حق کے ساتھ بھیجا ہے اس کے علاوہ میرے پاس کوئی گردن نہیں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تو دو مہینے کے مسلسل روزے رکھو ، میں نے کہا: میں تو روزے ہی کے سبب اس صورت حال سے دوچار ہوا ہوں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تو پھر ساٹھ صاع کھجور ساٹھ مسکینوں کو کھلاؤ ، میں نے جواب دیا: اس ذات کی قسم جس نے آپ کو حق کے ساتھ مبعوث فرمایا ہم دونوں تو رات بھی بھوکے سوئے، ہمارے پاس کھانا ہی نہیں تھا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: بنی زریق کے صدقے والے کے پاس جاؤ، وہ تمہیں اسے دے دیں گے اور ساٹھ صاع کھجور ساٹھ مسکینوں کو کھلا دینا اور جو بچے اسے تم خود کھا لینا، اور اپنے اہل و عیال کو کھلا دینا ، اس کے بعد میں نے اپنی قوم کے پاس آ کر کہا: مجھے تمہارے پاس تنگی اور غلط رائے ملی جب کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس گنجائش اور اچھی رائے ملی، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے یا میرے لیے تمہارے صدقے کا حکم فرمایا ہے۔
