Rapporté par Aishah رضي الله عنها : Umm Habibah رضي الله عنها demanda au Prophète ﷺ au sujet du sang qui coule au-delà de la période des règles. Aishah dit : « J’ai vu sa bassine pleine de sang. » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dit : « Ne prie pas pendant une durée égale à celle de tes règles habituelles, puis lave-toi. » Abu Dawud a dit : Qutaibah a mentionné le nom de Ja’far ibn Rabi’ah au milieu du texte du hadith une deuxième fois (c’est-à-dire que Qutaibah, doutant du rapporteur Ja’far ibn Rabi’ah, a mentionné son nom deux fois : une fois dans la chaîne et encore en rapportant le texte). Ali ibn ‘Ayyash et Yunus ibn Muhammad l’ont rapporté d’après al-Laith. Ils ont mentionné le nom de Ja’far ibn Rabi’ah

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عِرَاكٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ إِنَّ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الدَّمِ - فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ فَرَأَيْتُ مِرْكَنَهَا مَلآنَ دَمًا - فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " امْكُثِي قَدْرَ مَا كَانَتْ تَحْبِسُكِ حَيْضَتُكِ ثُمَّ اغْتَسِلِي " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ رَوَاهُ قُتَيْبَةُ بَيْنَ أَضْعَافِ حَدِيثِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ فِي آخِرِهَا وَرَوَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ وَيُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ اللَّيْثِ فَقَالاَ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ .

Aishah reported :Umm Habibah asked the prophet (ﷺ) about the blood (which flows beyond the period of menstruation). ‘A’ishah said: I saw her wash-tub full of blood. The apostle of Allah (May peace be upon him) said; Keep away (from prayer) equal (to the length of time) that your menses prevented you. Then wash yourself. Abu Dawud said: Qutaibah mentioned the name Jaftar b. Rabi’ah in the middle of the text of the tradition for the second time (i.e., Qutaibah, being doubtful about the narrator Jafar b. Rabi’ah, mentioned his name twice: once in the chain and again while reporting the text). Ali b. ‘Ayyash and yunus b. Muhammad reported it on the authority of al-Laith. They mentioned the name Jafar b. Rabi’ah

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ ام المؤمنین ام حبیبہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ( استحاضہ ) کے خون کے بارے میں سوال کیا، عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے ان کے لگن کو خون سے بھرا دیکھا، تو ان سے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جتنے دنوں تک تمہیں تمہارا حیض پہلے روکتا تھا اسی کے بقدر رکی رہو، پھر غسل کرو ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اور اسے قتیبہ نے جعفر بن ربیعہ کی حدیث کے آخر میں بین السطور یا حاشیہ میں روایت کیا ہے نیز اسے علی بن عیاش، اور یونس بن محمد نے لیث سے روایت کیا ہے، اور دونوں نے ( جعفر کے بجائے ) جعفر بن ربیعہ کہا ہے۔
