Rapporté par Anas ibn Malik : Lorsque le Prophète ﷺ entrait aux toilettes, il retirait sa bague. Abu Dawud a dit : Ceci est une tradition munkar, c’est-à-dire qu’elle contredit la version bien connue rapportée par des narrateurs fiables. Selon la version bien connue d’Anas : Le Prophète ﷺ s’était fait faire une bague en argent, puis il l’a retirée. L’erreur vient de Hammam (le narrateur de la première tradition citée). Cette version n’est rapportée que par Hammam

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَلِيٍّ الْحَنَفِيِّ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلاَءَ وَضَعَ خَاتَمَهُ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ وَإِنَّمَا يُعْرَفُ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم اتَّخَذَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ وَرِقٍ ثُمَّ أَلْقَاهُ . وَالْوَهَمُ فِيهِ مِنْ هَمَّامٍ وَلَمْ يَرْوِهِ إِلاَّ هَمَّامٌ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas ibn Malik: When the Prophet (ﷺ) entered the privy, he removed his ring. Abu Dawud said: This is a munkar tradition, i.e. it contradicts the well-known version reported by reliable narrators. On the authority of Anas the well-known version says: The Prophet (ﷺ) had a silver ring made for him. Then he cast it off. The misunderstanding is on the part of Hammam (who is the narrator of the previous tradition mentioned in the text). This is transmitted only by Hammam
Traduction en ourdou
انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب پاخانہ میں داخل ہوتے تو اپنی انگوٹھی نکال کر رکھ دیتے تھے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں کہ یہ حدیث منکر ہے، معروف وہ روایت ہے جسے ابن جریج نے زیاد بن سعد سے، زیاد نے زہری سے اور زہری نے انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کیا ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے چاندی کی ایک انگوٹھی بنوائی ( اسے پہنا ) پھر اسے نکال کر پھینک دیا۔ اس حدیث میں ہمام راوی سے وہم ہوا ہے، اسے صرف ہمام ہی نے روایت کیا ہے۔
