Hadith 109 — Livre 1: Purification (Kitab Al-Taharah)
كتاب الطهارة
Rapporté par Abu ‘Alqamah : ‘Uthman a demandé de l’eau et a fait ses ablutions. Il a ensuite versé de l’eau avec la main droite ou la main gauche ; puis il les a lavées jusqu’aux poignets ; il s’est ensuite rincé la bouche et a nettoyé son nez trois fois. Le narrateur précise que ‘Uthman a lavé chaque membre trois fois. Ensuite, il a essuyé sa tête et lavé ses pieds. Il a dit : « J’ai vu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ faire ses ablutions comme vous m’avez vu les faire. » Il a ensuite rapporté la tradition comme celle d’al-Zuhri et l’a complétée

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي زِيَادٍ - عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ، أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ، دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ فَأَفْرَغَ بِيَدِهِ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى الْيُسْرَى ثُمَّ غَسَلَهُمَا إِلَى الْكُوعَيْنِ - قَالَ - ثُمَّ مَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ ثَلاَثًا وَذَكَرَ الْوُضُوءَ ثَلاَثًا - قَالَ - وَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ وَقَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَوَضَّأَ مِثْلَ مَا رَأَيْتُمُونِي تَوَضَّأْتُ . ثُمَّ سَاقَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ الزُّهْرِيِّ وَأَتَمَّ .
Traduction anglaise
Abu ‘Alqamah said that ‘Uthman called for water and performed ablution. He then poured water with the right hand or the left hand ; he then washed them up to the wrist ; he then rinsed the mouth and snuffed up water three times. The narrator mentioned that ‘ Uthman washed each part three times. He then wiped head and washed his feet. He said :I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performing ablution as you saw me perform ablution. He then reported the tradition like that of al-Zuhrl and completed it
Traduction en ourdou
ابوعلقمہ کہتے ہیں کہ عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ نے پانی منگوایا اور وضو کیا، پہلے داہنے ہاتھ سے بائیں ہاتھ پر پانی ڈالا پھر دونوں ہاتھوں کو پہونچوں تک دھویا، پھر تین بار کلی کی، اور تین بار ناک میں پانی ڈالا، اور اسی طرح وضو کے اندر بقیہ تمام اعضاء ء کو تین بار دھونے کا ذکر کیا، پھر کہا: اور آپ ( عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ ) نے اپنے سر کا مسح کیا پھر اپنے دونوں پیر دھوئے اور کہا: میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اسی طرح وضو کرتے دیکھا ہے جیسے تم لوگوں نے مجھے وضو کرتے دیکھا، پھر زہری کی حدیث ( نمبر ۱۰۶ ) کی طرح اپنی حدیث بیان کی اور ان کی حدیث سے کامل بیان کی۔
