كتاب صفة القيامة والجنة والنار
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ خَمْسٌ قَدْ مَضَيْنَ الدُّخَانُ وَاللِّزَامُ وَالرُّومُ وَالْبَطْشَةُ وَالْقَمَرُ .

Traducción al inglés
Abdullah said that five signs have (become things) of the past (and have proved the truth of the Holy Prophet):(Enveloping) by the smoke, inevitable (punishment to the Meccans at Badr), (the victory of) Rome, (violent) seizing (of the Meccans at Badr) and (the splitting up of) the Moon
Traducción al urdu
قتیبہ بن سعید نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی ، انھوں نے کہا : ہمیں جریر نے اعمش سے حدیث بیان کی ، انھوں نے ابو ضحیٰ سے ، انھوں نے مسروق سے اور انھوں نے حضرت عبداللہ ( بن مسعود ) رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : پانچ ( نشانیاں گزر چکی ہیں : دھواں ، چمٹ جانے والا عذاب ( بدر کے دن شکست اور ہلاکتیں ) روم کی فتح ( بدر کےدن ستر مشرکوں کی گرفتاری ) سخت گرفت اور چاند ( کادو ٹکڑے ہونا ۔)
