Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'zZinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "By Him in whose hand myself is! Arabic original
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ آمُرَ بِحَطَبٍ فَيُحْطَبَ ثُمَّ آمُرَ بِالصَّلاَةِ فَيُؤَذَّنَ لَهَا ثُمَّ آمُرَ رَجُلاً فَيَؤُمَّ النَّاسَ ثُمَّ أُخَالِفَ إِلَى رِجَالٍ فَأُحَرِّقَ عَلَيْهِمْ بُيُوتَهُمْ
Urdu translation
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ روایت کہ فرمایا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قسم ہے اس ذات کی جس کے قبضے میں میری جان ہے میں نے قصد کیا کہ حکم کروں لکڑیاں توڑ کر جلا نے کا پھر حکم کروں میں نماز اور اذان ہو پھر حکم کروں ایک شخص کو امامت کا اور وہ امامت کرے پھر جاؤں میں پیچھے سے ان لوگوں کے پاس جو نہیں آئے جماعت میں اور جلادوں ان کے گھروں کو قسم اس ذات کی جس کے قبضہ میں میری جان ہے اگر کسی کو ان میں سے معلوم ہو جائے کہ ایک ہڈی عمدہ گوشت کی یا دو کھر بکری کے اچھے ملیں گے تو ضرور آئیں عشاء کی نماز میں ۔
