Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that Abd al- Malik ibn Marwan had started to do talbiya at the mosque of Dhu'l-Hulayfa, after the animal he was riding on had stood up, and that Aban ibn Uthman had told him to do this

Arabic original
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ بْنَ مَرْوَانَ، أَهَلَّ مِنْ عِنْدِ مَسْجِدِ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ حِينَ اسْتَوَتْ بِهِ رَاحِلَتُهُ وَأَنَّ أَبَانَ بْنَ عُثْمَانَ أَشَارَ عَلَيْهِ بِذَلِكَ .
Urdu translation
نافع سے روایت ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عمر نماز پڑھتے ذوالحلیفہ کی مسجد میں پھر نکل کر سوار ہوتے اس وقت احرام باندھتے ۔ امام مالک کو پہنچا کہ عبدالملک بن مروان نے لبیک پکارا ذوالحلیفہ کی مسجد سے جب اونٹ ان کا سیدھا ہوا چلنے کو، اور ابان بن عثمان نے یہ حکم کیا تھا ان کو۔
