Day 2: What Islam and tawhid mean
Today’s lessonIslam means surrender to God alone, and tawhid is believing that God is One without partner in His dominion and worship. This is the central idea on which everything in Islam turns.
قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ لَمۡ يَلِدۡ وَلَمۡ يُولَدۡ وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ你说：他是安拉，是独一的； 安拉是万物所仰赖的； 他没有生产，也没有被生产； 没有任何物可以做他的匹敌。
