كتاب الصلاة
Salamah bin Kuhail narrated:"I heard Sa'eed bin Jubair say: 'I saw 'Abdullah bin 'Umar pray in Jam'; he made the Iqamah and prayed Maghrib, three Rak'ahs, then he prayed 'Isha', two Rak'ahs, then he said: 'This is what I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) do in this place

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ كُهَيْلٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ صَلَّى بِجَمْعٍ فَأَقَامَ فَصَلَّى الْمَغْرِبَ ثَلاَثًا ثُمَّ صَلَّى الْعِشَاءَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَصْنَعُ فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ .
Urdu translation
سعید بن جبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہم کو مزدلفہ میں نماز پڑھتے دیکھا، انہوں نے اقامت کہی، اور مغرب کی نماز تین رکعت پڑھی، پھر ( دوسری اقامت سے ) عشاء کی دو رکعت پڑھی، پھر کہا: میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اس جگہ ایسا ہی کرتے دیکھا ہے۔
