Hadith 3689 — Book 32: The Book of Gifts
كتاب الهبة
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'No one should take back his gift except a father (taking back a gift) from his son. The one who takes back his gift is like one who goes back to his vomit

Urdu translation
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کوئی شخص کسی کو کوئی چیز بطور ہبہ دے کر واپس نہیں لے سکتا، سوائے باپ کے کہ وہ اپنے بیٹے کو دے کر پھر واپس لے سکتا ہے، ( سن لو ) ہبہ کر کے واپس لینے والا ایسا ہی ہے جیسے کوئی قے کرے کے چاٹے“۔
