كتاب فضائل القرآن
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بِلاَلٍ، عَنْ عِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ، أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَقْرَأُ الْمُسَبِّحَاتِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْقُدَ وَيَقُولُ " إِنَّ فِيهِنَّ آيَةً خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ آيَةٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ .

Narrated 'Irbad bin Sariyah:that the Prophet (ﷺ) would recite the Musabbihat (Chapters 17, 57, 59, 61, 62, 64 & 87) before sleep and say "Indeed there is an Ayah in them that is better than one thousand Ayat
Urdu-Übersetzung
عرباض بن ساریہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سونے سے پہلے مسبحات پڑھتے تھے ۱؎ آپ فرماتے تھے: ”ان میں ایک آیت ایسی ہے جو ہزار آیتوں سے بہتر ہے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے۔
